Bach Flower Medicine

Bach flower remedies are dilutions of the flower or other plant material.

BACH FLOWER THERAPY

Bach Flower Therapy was developed by Edward Bach, an English bacteriologist, pathologist and homeopath, in the 1930s. Bach believed most illness was caused by emotional misalignment. Following his intuition, he experimented with minute dilutions of plant material, searching for the healing properties corresponding with emotional states. He found great success in his endeavours, producing 38 remedies addressing the effects of emotional response to stress.

The results of Bach Flower Therapy are evident from within minutes to days after treatment begins. Bach Flower Therapy addresses emotional and spiritual distress, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, insomnia, over-busy mind, fear, anger, spaciness, etc.
